These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of lennart.lol and its browser games (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

lennart.lol provides free online minigames for entertainment. Features may include scores, leaderboards, advertising, and admin tools. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

3. Accounts and leaderboard names
The Service does not require registration. If you submit a name to a public leaderboard, you are responsible for that content. Do not submit names that are offensive, impersonate others, or violate any law or third-party rights. We may remove leaderboard entries at our discretion.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to hack, scrape, overload, or reverse engineer the Service
- Manipulate scores, leaderboards, or game APIs
- Upload malware or interfere with other users’ access
- Use automated bots to play games or submit data without permission
5. Intellectual property
The Service, including site design, code, and original game presentation, is owned by the operator or licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
Third-party names, images, logos, and trademarks appearing in games may belong to their respective owners and are used for identification or trivia purposes.
6. Advertising
Game pages may display third-party advertisements, including through Adsterra. Your interaction with ads is subject to the advertiser’s terms and policies.

We do not guarantee accurate scores, permanent leaderboard storage, uninterrupted availability, or error-free gameplay.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS (WHICH IS ZERO FOR FREE USE), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service, your leaderboard submissions, or your violation of these Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your state apply.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
